Thursday, March 7th

OPENING DAY

 

Early arrivals will head over Teton Pass to Grand Targhee for an epic day of cat skiing.

7:00 PM: Curvejump JH Welcome Dinner at Old Yellowstone Garage hosted by the amazing Chef Paulie O'Connor. Located at Caldera House in Teton Village.

9:00 PM: Opening Night AfterParty


Friday, March 8th

get out and play

8 am - 9 am: Breakfast meetup at Osteria located in Hotel Terra. Depart for outdoor activities.

Custom ski and snowboard demos are available each day from Franco Snowshapes and a range of high performance brands.  We will provide demo information to confirmed participants.

8:30 am - 2 pm: Outdoor activities. Options available:

  • Ski/snowboard Jackson Hole Mountain Resort with local guides

  • Guided backcountry options for experienced backcountry skiers/riders

  • Spa and massage at Hotel Terra or Teton Mountain Lodge (extra cost for treatments)

  • Snowshoeing in Grand Teton National Park

  • Snowmobile trip to Granite Hot Springs

  • Curvejump yoga sessions

Lunch is on your own. Good options: Top of the Gondola, The Spur, Handlebar, Osteria.

2:00 - 3:00 pm:  Curvejump Welcome Session

An intro session led by Curvejumping Partner Megan Beck.

3:00 - 4:00 pm:  Pioneering Leadership: Women in Wyoming

Photographer and producer Lindsay Linton Buk will host a conversation with Wyoming entrepreneur and seven term state legislator Clarene Law based on her profile series Women in Wyoming, on what it takes to be a pioneer and leading with your values.

4:00 - 5:00 PM:  Interactive Art Workshop with Electric Coffin

Seattle's Electric Coffin are making big waves in the world of interactive art and design. Co-founder Duffy de Armas will lead us through a fun, interactive workshop based on Electric Coffin's unique process for creativity.

5:00 PM - 6:30 PM: Down Time

6:45 - 7:30 pm: Cocktail Hour hosted by The Anvil Hotel Featuring Artists Kate and Tim Tomkinson, Architect Ruben Caldwell and Death & Co. founder David Kaplan discussing Where Great Ideas Come From

We're excited to announce that superstar design and illustration duo Kate & Tim Tomkinson are this year's featured artists at Curvejump JH. Kate and Tim's artwork has been featured everywhere from The New Yorker to Death & Co. over the years. They'll be collaborating on a custom art print for Curvejump participants at this year's event.

They'll be joined by architect Ruben Caldwell from Brooklyn's famed Studio Tack, whose reimagined vision for the Anvil Hotel has won accolades from the design press and locals alike, and Death & Co. founder David Kaplan who is often credited with the resurgence of cocktail culture in the US.

7:30 PM - 9:00 PM: Dinner at Glorietta, a rustic Italian eatery designed by the team at Studio Tack

9 pm - late: ELECTRIC BUFFALO: The Curvejump party at the Saddle Rock Saloon


Saturday, March 10th

2:00 pm - 2:15 pm:  Focused Breath Work with Bill Mehleisen

Bill Mehleisen - a serial entrepreneur, performance coach and startup advisor - will help us transition into the "Curvejumping Zone" with a focused breath work session.

2:15 PM - 3 PM:  The Curvejumping Zone

Curvejumping Partner Alex Hillinger will lead a session on harnessing The Curvejumping Zone, based on our research into the mindsets of top innovators, artists, entrepreneurs and pro athletes.

3:00 pm - 4:00 pm:  Stonly Baptiste on Leading from the Middle: Making a Community an Agent of Change

Stonly Baptiste is the co-founder of Urban US, a venture fund for startups making cities better.  He's also an entrepreneur with two exits under his belt at the ripe age of 27, and a former hacker.  Stonly will share his story and talk about his experience building distributed communities that lead and become an agent of change.

4:00 - 5:00 pm:  Kit Parker: Leadership in Creative Teams: Building and Managing Creative Chaos

Kit Parker is a professor of Bioengineering and Applied Physics at Harvard. He is also an Army paratrooper, serial entrepreneur and works frequently with leadership teams on changing organizational culture. At Curvejump, Kit’s going to lead a session on building innovation teams and the challenges faced by those who lead them. He may also touch on grilling meats, nano-engineering a soft robotic ray that swims, and any number of fascinating projects he’s been involved in. 

5:00 pm - 6:30 pm: Down time

7:00 - 9:30: Private Dinner with Chef Eric Wilson at the home of Gary and Veronica Silberberg, founders of JH based Center of Wonder, and organization dedicated to creative education and the arts

10:00 pm onward: Optional Late Night - The Intergallactic Ball at the Teton Theatre
